This smoothie is everything you could want in a quick and easy breakfast or snack. It has spirulina in it which is a great dietary booster.

Berries and Spirulina Smoothie


Total Time: 5 minutes

Yield: 1

Ingredients


  • 1 cup of mixed frozen berries

  • 1/2 of water

  • 1 Tsp of Spirulina

  • 1 cup of Ice


Equipment

  • Blender


Instructions


  1. Place berries, spirulina, water and ice in blender and blend until all ingredients are blended together. Add more water is necessary.

  2. Enjoy for a quick and easy breakfast or snack.
